Policies . . . 

• We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and money orders.  Sorry, no COD's.  

• Most items ordered will go out within 5 business days upon paid receipt.  We will notify you if there is to be a delay of more than 4 weeks.

• We want you to be satisfied with the items you have ordered.  If you are not, you may return your merchandise within 30 days in its original condition.  Shipping charges and special orders are not refundable.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on refused merchandise.

• We reserve the right to ship items via UPS if we find it to be more cost effective.  A physical address may be necessary for delivery.  Quantities of certain items may be limited.  Orders outside the continental United States will be charged actual shipping.  We pack every item as carefully as possible, but if damage occurs, please retain all original packing materials and notify us within 5 days to report your claim.

• A $30.00 fee will be charged on returned checks.
